Ingredients
  • 100g blackberries
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 100ml kefir
  • Honey, to taste (optional)
Method
  1. Put the blackberries, apple, almond milk and kefir into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add honey to taste, if using.
